Hey, friends: Starting January, 2026, I am excited to begin a new chapter as a franchise-focused creative consultant, helping emerging franchisors reach that elusive 100-unit store count.  (Only 17% of franchise brands achieve this—the number behind the "17Thinking" name.)

My focus in 2026 is Wings Etc., Inc., franchisor of Wings Etc. Grill & Pub®, and their new, limited-service brand, Wings Etc. 2Go™. Through 17Thinking LLC, I’ll be working directly with Wings Etc., Inc. owners, providing creative and brand support as they leverage their talents, experience and resources to accelerate long-term growth.  It's going to be challenging, exhilarating, and fun!

I've known and worked with Jim, Rob, and Eric since late 2006 (initially as a consultant, for those who've forgotten!), and I'm excited to make the transition from Wings Etc., Inc.
